I am a Pediatric Registered Nurse, Nursing instructor, and certified pediatric sleep Specialist, with 15 years of experience in pediatric health. My passion for children has only grown stronger over the years, translating directly to the families I work with as a safe, supportive partner in your babies' sleep transition.

Throughout my 15-year nursing career, I've been drawn to caring for infants and children, finding immense reward in improving their health and wellness. My educational background, clinical teaching, and front-line experience have cultivated a solid foundation of knowledge in Pediatric health, growth, and development.

I believe in building strong connections with families, fostering trust and open communication. Together, we will tailor effective sleep strategies for your little ones, nurturing their well-being and fostering healthy bonding.

Education and Experience:

My career began in Victoria, B.C on a Pediatric acute care unit at Victoria General Hospital, where I learned the basics of family-centered care. I later moved to BC Children’s hospital emergency department where I worked as an emergency nurse for 8 years. I transitioned from the emergency room to teaching Pediatric growth and development in the nursing program at a local college.  At this stage of my career, I fell in love with being a pediatric educator.
